The site's audio, images, design, text and branding — including the Still Sonic name and logo — are owned by Still Sonic or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Using the site doesn't give you any ownership of, or licence to, that content beyond listening on the site.

• Still Sonic is for relaxation, focus and general wellbeing only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have ongoing sleep, hearing or health concerns, please talk to a qualified professional.
• Listen at a comfortable volume. Prolonged listening at high volume, especially through headphones, can damage your hearing.
• Don't use the sounds in situations where drowsiness or reduced awareness could be dangerous, such as while driving or operating machinery.
